Our Story

Real One Realty, established in October 2006, is a professional real estate company that specializes in buying and selling properties, land development, and market analysis, as well as registering, constructing, promoting, and selling development projects. It services widely in Ontario, including the GTA, as well as the Waterloo, Guelph, and Niagara Fall regions. In March 2014, the Real One Realty Mississauga branch was also established.

Real One Realty is endowed with both reputable senior real estate agents as well as talented  and thriving agents who are creating a dynamic sales force in our brokerage. Our unique training and reward policy focuses on helping new real estate agents in the field to stimulate their potential and strengthen their skills. From negotiating techniques and law knowledge to selling and buying analysis, we train and assist our agents in enhancing themselves.  By building a professional, cultivated and trustworthy Real One team, we are able to create a naturally united environment and a unique business culture.
